Graphenea Showcases Innovation at EIC Multicorporate Day
At the Hello Tomorrow Summit in Amsterdam on June 12, Graphenea proudly took part in the EIC multicorporate day on semiconductors and embodied AI. The initiative was designed to foster meaningful collaboration between high-potential deep-tech innovators vetted by the EIC and five corporations operating across the electronics, automotive, industrial gases, and semiconductor landscapes, supporting pathways to pilots, co-development projects, strategic partnerships, and market entry.
Our Scientific Director, Amaia Zurutuza, delivered a compelling pitch that highlighted Graphenea’s leadership in graphene-based technologies and their transformative role in the semiconductor industry.

Driving Innovation in Semiconductors
Amaia’s pitch was entitled “Bringing graphene and CMOS to next generation devices”, emphasizing how graphene materials are being integrated into CMOS technology to enable breakthroughs in next-generation semiconductor devices. With their unique electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties, graphene solutions are paving the way for faster, more efficient, and more sustainable technologies.

Collaboration and Future Outlook
The EIC multicorporate day was an event where companies selected to take part in this initiative received tailored business support before they participated in an exclusive pitching and matching session with corporate experts and decision-makers. Graphenea’s participation underscored our commitment to building strong partnerships that accelerate the adoption of graphene in real-world applications. The event was a side event of the Hello Tomorrow Summit, an event of more than 3000 attendees that brings together deep-tech startup founders, investors, and industry leaders.
The event, organized by the European Commission, serves the purpose of turning science into industrial reality by enabling the formation of collaborations between key stakeholders.
